Welcome to Shoot & Hook QC! By accessing our site or using any features, you agree to abide by the following terms.

   You must be at least 18 years old to post in the Marketplace. All users must comply with local, state, and federal laws regarding firearms, hunting, and commerce.

2. Account Responsibility
   You are responsible for your account and activity. Do not share your login. Misuse may result in suspension or permanent removal.

3. Content Guidelines
   You may not post:

Illegal content or activity

Harassment, hate speech, or graphic violence

Spam, scams, or deceptive links

Pornographic or NSFW material

We reserve the right to remove content or users that violate our policies.

4. Marketplace Use
   Use at your own risk. We do not broker or guarantee any transactions. Users are responsible for ensuring:

All firearm sales follow local laws and proper transfers

You meet in public and stay safe

You watch for red flags: offers that are “too good to be true,” requests for gift card payments, or refusing in-person exchanges

Shoot & Hook QC is not liable for losses incurred through use of the platform.

5. Modifications
   We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you agree to the new terms.
